Is internet included?

Yes, internet is included in the accommodation price, just like electricity and water.

Can I get French housing benefit (APL)?

Depending on their situation, residents are eligible for French housing benefit (APL): the claim is made to the CAF, which works out the amount.

Are the rooms furnished and air-conditioned?

Yes, the rooms are furnished, air-conditioned and ready to move into. Details of the furnishings and equipment are available on request and during the visit.

What is shared?

How long can I stay?

From a few months to a full year. Tell us how long suits you and we will look at what is possible together, depending on availability.

Can I move in partway through the year?

Do I need to go through the Crous or a student social file (DSE)?

Which documents do I need for my application?

We send you the list of documents when we first hear from you, depending on your situation (student or young professional).
